Direct connections to HELFO, NAV and Buypass

Anita Dental sends HELFO reimbursement claims and NAV sick-leave information directly using Buypass. A Norsk Helsenett connection is not needed as an intermediary for these workflows. The clinic still needs the relevant certificates and account setup.

National services and requirements

Norwegian e-health services

Electronic prescribing uses SFM, supported by HelseID authentication. Kjernejournal integration is currently indirect through SFM; direct integration is coming soon. Identity and demographic information comes through Persontjenesten. Other national messaging services have their own agreements and prerequisites, which we confirm with the clinic before enabling them.

Dental imaging

Imaging connections bring the clinic's X-ray workflow together with the patient record. Your existing imaging system and its deployment determine the setup. We can discuss the connection, image availability and any partner requirements with you.

Payments and clinic finances

Payment terminals, Vipps and the clinic's financial workflow connect to Anita Dental. MediPay is a mobile payment option: patients receive a link by SMS and pay on their phone. Tripletex supports accounting export, while Power BI can provide additional reporting alongside the native AnitaPuls module. The setup and commercial terms depend on the service.
