How Anita Systems handles website enquiries, demo bookings and consent-based analytics, and how to exercise your privacy rights.

Anita Systems AS is the controller of the personal information collected through anitasystems.com. Our organisation number is 919 512 113 and our address is Bogstadveien 27B, 0355 Oslo, Norway. For privacy questions, contact contact@anitasystems.com.
This notice concerns the website. Patient information in Anita Dental is processed on behalf of the individual dental clinic under a separate data processing agreement. The clinic is the controller of that patient information.
What we collect and why
When you book a demo, we use your name, email address, telephone number, chosen time and meeting format to arrange the meeting and send the invitation. Clinic details, interests and your reason for considering Anita help us prepare a relevant demonstration. For a physical visit, you can optionally tell us about allergies relevant to refreshments; that answer is included in the meeting information.
When you send an enquiry, we use your contact details and message to answer and follow up the request. Please do not include patient records or other confidential patient information in the website contact form.
We arrange requested demos under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and answer enquiries under legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f). Analytics is based on your consent, Article 6(1)(a).
Website analytics and your choice
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you accept analytics in the consent banner, and only when analytics is configured. If you decline, the website does not load the analytics tag. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so the question is not repeated on every visit.
You can clear the website's stored data in your browser to see the choice again, or contact us to discuss withdrawing consent. Clearing the choice does not erase analytics information already collected.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website. Google supplies the calendar invitations and email services used for bookings and enquiries, and consent-based web analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile performs the contact form's anti-bot check. Sanity provides the publishing system for website articles.
We do not sell your personal information. Providers processing information on our behalf are covered by data processing agreements. Some providers process information in the USA. Transfers use EU-approved arrangements such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry and demo-booking information only while needed for the conversation and a justified follow-up purpose, unless another obligation requires longer retention. Analytics retention follows the settings in the analytics service. Contact us if you want to know the retention arrangements for your information.
Your rights and complaints
You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and portability where applicable. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Send your request to contact@anitasystems.com; we aim to respond promptly and within one month.
You may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet. We also welcome contact so that we can investigate and resolve your concern. Datatilsynet's postal address is Postboks 458 Sentrum, 0105 Oslo, Norway.
